Shipping

Shipping is done via United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service Flat Rate Priority Mail.  For USPS Priority Flat Rate, we can only ship within the 50 states and Puerto Rico.  For international flat rate pricing, please contact us at the email address below or contact us at 212-686-0771.

Returns Policy

Manufacturer's defects can be returned for an exchange within 7 days after an RMA (return merchandise authorization) has been obtained.  In order to obtain an RMA number, please call customer service.  

Exchange of merchandise will also be allowed within 7 days of receipt of merchandise provided that the product is returned in it's original packaging wtih the RMA number.  

Refunds will only be granted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise, merchandise is returned and received with an RMA number, and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Any return must be returned via a carrier that provides full insurance and tracking of the product.  This shipping cost and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.  

Collections

$25 service charge will be added to any returned checks.  If an account is placed into collections, any and all fees incured including collection fees, court costs, and attorney fees can and will be added to the amount outstanding.  The customer agrees to this clause.
